The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Your use of the MSAirOnline.com website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. MSAirOnline.com reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

Typographical Errors
MSAirOnline.com makes every effort to ensure that the information contained on this site is accurate, but we take no responsibility for faulty, outdated, or otherwise inaccurate information on this site including pricing, product editorials, product specifications, product pictures and availability. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, MSAirOnline.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. MSAirOnline.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, MSAirOnline.com shall attempt to immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Service and Support
MSAirOnline.com offers limited technical assistance and support for products sold. All requests for technical assistance or support should be made directly to the manufacturer.

Ordering
MSAirOnline takes no responsibility for inaccurate order information (credit card number, shipping address, shipping method, order total, etc.). The customer will be responsible for checking the accuracy of the order information before submitting the order. Note that orders cannot be changed or modified once the order have reached our warehouse for shipment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order.

Returns and Warranties
Most products are warranted for replacement or refund for 30 days from the invoice date. After this period, all products must be handled directly by the manufacturer under the manufacturer's warranty.

Please note that the Warranty is VOID for any products with evidence of physical damage (dented casing, missing or damaged parts, or signs of tampering, etc.).

Due to manufacturer policies, all packaged items with plastic clamshells, shrink wrap, special seals, or other types of packaging that sustains damage when opened are NON-RETURNABLE if the packaging has been OPENED or TAMPERED.

ALL returns require an RMA number and there will be a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs for returned merchandise.

Lost or Stolen Packages
USPS packages are insured only if insurance is purchased on the item. If a package is deemed lost by UPS, then we will refund or replace the package. However we must be notified of the lost package(s) within 14 days of the invoice date to be able to file a lost package claim. After this period, we are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen.

Packages will be delivered to the specified address listed by the customer. Please understand that MSAirOnline.com cannot control who the recipient of the package will be. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after they have been delivered. Proof of dispatch of merchandise will bind the customer.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability for Products
You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to MSAirOnline.com Inc. arising from any product sold on its website shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall MSAirOnline, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against MSAirOnline.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the MSAirOnline.com sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Suffolk County (state of New York).
